Okay, I am trying to lose 10 pounds - the 10 I took off last summer and put back on over Christmas that is still hanging around. I bought some Hoodia because I read that it is supposed to supress your appetite. The article was warning that there is a lot of counterfeit Hoodia. So my question is how you know whether you are getting the real stuff? I bought it at reputable local organic grocer. But I am sitting here and I am really, really hungry. I would love to go eat some chips or something junky.
